Ultra Prism (sm05) is the fifth expansion of the Sun & Moon series, released on 2 February 2018. The set leans heavily into the Sinnoh region and introduced the shimmering Prism Star cards — a brand-new rarity limited to one copy per deck.

Sinnoh's icons headline as Pokémon-GX, led by Dialga-GX, alongside the Eeveelutions Leafeon-GX and Glaceon-GX and other GX such as Empoleon and Magnezone. The set is also famous for its Cynthia Supporter — one of the most-played Trainer cards of the era — plus Prism Star cards, Full Art Pokémon-GX and rainbow Secret Rares.
