Guardians Rising (sm02) is the second expansion of the Sun & Moon series, released on 5 May 2017. The set puts Alola's guardian deities — the Tapu Pokémon — centre stage and delivered some of the most influential competitive cards of the entire Sun & Moon era.

Which Pokémon cards are in Guardians Rising?

The Tapu guardians lead the way as Tapu Koko-GX, Tapu Lele-GX and Tapu Bulu-GX, with Tapu Lele-GX becoming a near-universal competitive staple for years. They are joined by powerful Pokémon-GX such as Gardevoir-GX, Metagross-GX, Sylveon-GX, Lycanroc-GX and Vikavolt-GX. Full Art Pokémon-GX, Full Art Trainers and rainbow Secret Rares round out the chase cards.
