One Piece Carrying On His Will
Carrying On His Will (OP-13) is the thirteenth main expansion in the One Piece Card Game booster series, released on 7 November 2025 to mark the game's third anniversary. The set is built around the Three Brothers — Monkey D. Luffy, Portgas D. Ace and Sabo — and pushes into the World Government storyline with Imu and the Five Elders, while Gol D. Roger and Jewelry Bonney round out the new Leader line-up. With manga-style Super Alt-Arts, set-exclusive flame-red manga variants and special 3rd Anniversary cards, it is one of the most chase-heavy One Piece releases to date.
Which cards are in Carrying On His Will?
The English release runs to 133+1 card types. The base set numbers 120 cards — 6 Leaders, 45 Commons, 30 Uncommons, 26 Rares, 10 Super Rares and 3 Secret Rares — topped up with Special and 3rd Anniversary cards plus a wide spread of alt-art parallels. The six Leaders are Monkey D. Luffy (Red/Green), Portgas D. Ace (Red/Blue), Gol D. Roger (Red/Purple), Sabo (Red/Black), Imu (Black) and Jewelry Bonney (Yellow). The Secret Rares close the set with the Three Brothers themselves — Monkey D. Luffy (OP13-118), Portgas D. Ace (OP13-119) and Sabo (OP13-120) — each also printed as a manga-style alt-art, including the set-exclusive "Red" versions with a burning-flame finish. Gold-foil Event alt-arts, redesigned WANTED-poster and Character Edition parallels, and a pair of 3rd Anniversary Shanks cards complete the premium end of the set.
