Adventure on KAMI's Island (OP-15) is the fifteenth main expansion in the One Piece Card Game booster series, released on 3 April 2026, and takes the game to Skypiea for the clash between Monkey D. Luffy and "God" Enel. New Leader cards include Enel (Purple), Brook (Green/Black), Rebecca (Blue), Lucy (Red/Blue), Krieg (Red/Green) and Monkey D. Luffy (Yellow), drawing East Blue and Dressrosa characters into the set alongside the Sky Island cast.

The English release runs to 159+1 card types and, like OP-14, folds in cards from Extra Booster EB-04. The stand-out Leader is Purple Enel (OP15-058), the first Leader in the game to change the size of the DON!! deck — it runs 6 DON!! instead of the standard 10. Monkey D. Luffy and Enel appear as the set's Secret Rares, a manga-style Super Alt-Art Enel is the top chase, and the premium end also includes two Event alt-art cards and a Treasure Rare.
