Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At Cardpeer, we strive to ensure that all transactions are safe and satisfactory. Due to the nature of trading card games and market fluctuations, we generally do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse". However, you are protected under our Buyer Protection program in specific cases.
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The item you received is not as described (e.g., wrong card, wrong condition, or fake/counterfeit).
- The item was damaged during shipping.
- The item was never delivered (subject to tracking verification).
3. Reporting an Issue
If you have an issue with an order, you must report it within 3 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). To report an issue, go to your order history and select "Report Problem" or contact our support team.
4. Return Process
If a return is approved, you may be required to return the item to the seller or to Cardpeer for verification. Returns must be shipped with tracking. Once the return is received and verified, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before the seller has shipped the item. Once an order is marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Sellers may cancel an order if they are unable to fulfill it; in such cases, you will receive a full refund.
