One Piece Gear5
Gear5 (ST-21) — officially Starter Deck EX -GEAR5-, released on 7 March 2025 — is the twenty-first starter deck for the One Piece Card Game and a premium "EX" release built around Monkey.D.Luffy's Gear 5 form. The mono-red deck pairs the Straw Hat Crew with allies from the Egghead arc and comes with extras a standard starter does not, making it one of the most collector-friendly starter products in the line.
Which cards are in Gear5?
The 51-card deck is led by Gear 5 Monkey.D.Luffy (ST21-001), a red Leader with 5,000 power and 5 Life who can hand up to two rested DON!! cards to one of your Characters each turn, fuelling aggressive, DON!!-stacked attacks. Around him sit newly designed Straw Hat Crew cards with fresh effects, alongside Egghead-era characters such as Jewelry Bonney, Jinbe, Stussy and Sentomaru. The deck list spans Commons through Super Rares, and the included bonus pack adds 3 random cards from a pool of 15 types. Cardpeer lists 32 cards from the ST-21 set.
