Purple/Black Monkey.D.Luffy (ST-26) is one of six starter decks released together on 30 May 2025 in the ST-23 to ST-28 wave, each built around a simple, colour-defining Leader and packaged with an A Fist of Divine Speed (OP-11) booster pack. It is the only dual-colour deck in the wave alongside ST-28, combining purple's DON!! acceleration with black's toolbox.
