Purple Monkey.D.Luffy (ST-18) is one of six colour-themed starter decks (ST-15 to ST-20) released together on 11 October 2024, each built around a single colour and a signature Leader. This is the Purple deck, led by Monkey.D.Luffy and centred on the Straw Hat Crew, and it teaches Purple's defining mechanic: accelerating DON!! cards to power out expensive Characters ahead of schedule.
