Pokémon Neo
The Neo series carried the Pokémon Trading Card Game into the Johto region and Generation II, running from late 2000 to early 2002 under Wizards of the Coast. It introduced the Darkness and Metal types, Baby Pokémon, and the coveted Shining Pokémon — alternate-colour rarities like Shining Gyarados and Shining Charizard. Widely seen as the peak of the WOTC era, its expansions remain among the most collected.
