Burning Shadows (sm03) is the third expansion of the Sun & Moon series, released on 4 August 2017. The set is best remembered for one of the most iconic cards of the era — the Charizard-GX — and for introducing the powerful Guzma Supporter that defined competitive decks.

The headliner is Charizard-GX, whose rainbow Secret Rare remains one of the most sought-after chase cards of the Sun & Moon era. It is joined by Ho-Oh-GX, Necrozma-GX, Marshadow-GX, Darkrai-GX, Golisopod-GX and Salazzle-GX, plus a stunning Full Art Guzma that became a competitive staple.
